Owner, Tammy Strauch, has been in the Title Insurance industry since 1996 and has
personally handled thousands of real estate transactions. Her strength as a closer has
earned her the respect of customers and peers alike.

CONVENIENCE
We will close your transaction at your convenience. Many clients find it difficult to take
time off from work or don’t have the necessary means of transportation to our office.
Conveyance Title & Escrow prides itself on flexible scheduling and will close at your
place of business or come to your home if circumstances dictate.

We are aware of the burden closing costs can place on a homeowner or new home
buyer. Conveyance Title & Escrow strives to offer competitive rates without
compromising the standards of professionalism and integrity we were founded on.
Conveyance Title & Escrow will match any written quote from another title company or
attorney on like transactions.
The Title Insurance Premium is promulgated by the State of Florida and therefore
should be the same at any other company. By providing your prior Owners Title
Insurance Policy at the time of ordering, you may be eligible for a reissue credit on the
Title Insurance premium. The prior title insurance policy does not have to be issued by
Conveyance Title & Escrow.
