Bringing both experience and professionalism
into her business, Tammy has quickly
established herself in both the community and
business world. Following a decade of honing
her customer service skills at both the sales
and management level in the highly
competitive retail sales industry, Tammy initiated her Title Insurance profession in
Michigan. She quickly advanced from Receptionist to Assistant Branch Manager
and Director of Marketing.
After moving to Florida in 2003, Tammy served as Closer and Office Manager for a
busy Sarasota County Title Company where she continued her record of unmatched
customer satisfaction, efficiency and professionalism.
When presented with an opportunity to start her own business, Tammy founded and
developed Equity Title Services in 2004. Located in busy Charlotte County, Equity Title
Services quickly established a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and most
importantly customer satisfaction.
Under Tammy’s ownership and direction Equity Title Services has now transitioned into
Conveyance Title & Escrow. Tammy’s standards for excellence are reflected by her
staff through their attention to detail, efficiency and exceptional customer service.
