North -
South on US 41 (Tamiami Trail) into Punta
Gorda.  Continue south past the automobile
dealers and you will see a Publix on your left
hand side.  Go through the traffic light (Airport
Rd) and you will see an orange building with a
copper roof.  Conveyance Title & Escrow is
located in the southwest corner between Flex
Bon Paint and Amimotos Japanese
Restaurant.
South-
North on US 41 (Tamiami Trail) into Charlotte
County.  Continue North past the traffic light at
Aqui Esta.  There will be a Shell gas station
on your left.  At the next traffic light (Airport
Rd) you will need to do a U-Turn onto 41
south. You will see an orange building with a
copper roof.  Conveyance Title & Escrow is
located in the southwest corner between Flex
Bon Paint and Amimotos Japanese
Restaurant.
From I-75-
Take exit 164.  Turn left off the ramp and
proceed towards downtown Punta Gorda. Just
past the Post Office is US 41(Tamiami Trail)
North, continue straight to the second traffic
light.  This is US 41 South.  Turn Left and
continue south past the automobile dealers
and you will see a Publix on your left hand
side.  Go through the traffic light (Airport Rd)
and you will see an orange building with a
